Shipping Policy

We’re proud to ship worldwide!

Shipping prices are calculated by different countries and the weight of the items.

Please refer to each individual listing for estimated ship times. As most items are in stock - we ask that you please allow 3-5 working days for these pieces to be preparing with package in E14 storage. Once your purchase is on its way you can tracking parcel immediately with your personal order page. We offer International Standard Delivery and International DHL Express options may be selected at checkout.

Please note we CANNOT be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Taxes & Duties

For our international customers, note that the cost of shipping does NOT include international taxes & duties. It will be collected by DHL or other parcel company upon delivery.

Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

*Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund, you can contact us by email info@e14lingerie.com  our costumer service will respond you ASAP and help you with return instructions and shipping details. Please note we will accept returns sent back within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. We will NOT accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. 

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt to allow for inspection onto the original method of payment (credit card, gift voucher or Paypal account). We cannot facilitate with refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded

Exchanges:
We only offer size exchanges on the same product. Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within 28 days. If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email.

Non-returnable:
Please be advised that, unless faulty, we CANNOT accept returns for hosiery and  all bottom products which includes bikini / knicker / brief due to hygiene reasons.
